Challenges With The Processing Of Withdraws

Dear Members,

As you are probably aware we have had over the last couple of months challenges with the processing of withdraws from your online accounts to your personal Bank accounts. This has primarily been in relationship with processing through Towah but has also over the last weeks effected withdraws direct from your online accounts to your personal Bank accounts. The reasons behind this as informed in previous mails are the investigations into a large “organized” credit card fraud across a number of countries that first came to light at the beginning of the year. This has led to the payment gateways delaying the processing of withdraw request. To help us with a temporary solution we wish to request of you the following:

If you have made a withdraw request through Towah that has not been implemented please create a NEW ticket in your back office with details of amount, the date of the withdraw request, the date of the mail you received from Towah stating that the withdraw request was not implemented. We will cross check within 72 hours (+ weekend) of receipt of these details and credit your online accounts upon confirmation accordingly.

If you have made a withdraw request directly from your online account to your personal Bank account that has not been implemented within the appropriate time period please create a NEW ticket in your back office with details of amount, the date of the withdraw request and ALL details of your Bank account which needs to include IBAN/SWIFT where appropriate and full address of your Bank. We will cross check within 72 hours (+ weekend) of receipt of these details and implement the payment manually ourselves upon confirmation accordingly.

We are truly sorry for all the inconvenience this issue has caused anyone and want to assure you that we have taken all steps to prevent these criminal actions in this manner from happening again. We also want to thank all of you who have shown understanding and great patience at this time.
