If you have made a Bank Transfer to UNAICO/IMS on the 30th or 31st January with the request to up-load your online account, please note that due to the extreme amount of requested transactions, the process is taking up to 48 hours to complete.If,due to this delay in processing time, a possible upgrade has been delayed that you wished to complete before midnight CET 31st January (today), please complete your upgrade by midnight CET 2nd February, and please email germansupport@unaico.com with the Member username and state either Bronze or Gold.
We will cross-check against the time stamp of the upload request and the upgrade that was made. We will then treat these new Bronze/Gold Members regarding our recognition programme in the same manner as BEFORE the 1st February, in that we will award the appropriate amount of OFC's. This will be done manually and will require a few days to complete.
