Global Legal Strategy for Unaico and SiteTalk
WE would like to bring you up to date on the global network of Law Firms which are engaged in representing SiteTalk and Unaico worldwide. At present time a total of 23 Law Firms covering 26 countries around the world have been tasked on preparing a “Legal Opinion” for countries regarding all aspects of our business model.
These countries are now: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Sweden, Hungry, Slovenia, Poland,Romania, Italy, Spain, Serbian, Croatia, Bosnia, Czech, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore,India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Philippines and Indonesia.
The work in these countries is at various stages and has already been completed in a number of them in an extremely positive manner. This involves slight enhancements within our Policy & Procedures to comply with each individual country laws and regulations without making fundamental changes to the “Business Model”,securing a long term business opportunity for everyone.
It can be expected that for the above named countries all major challenges will be completed within the next 8 weeks. Of course new countries will be included in this legal strategy as Unaico and SiteTalk expand across the World reacting to the request of the European and Asian Leadership Groups.
Important message from the President
Dear Unaico distributors,
It has been brought to my attention from several industry contacts that companies in the direct selling industry have lost distributors to our company. While this may or may not be true, I would like to state categorically that we as a company do not endorse or support recruitment of leaders from other network marketing companies. This violates the guidelines and codes of the DSAs and is something that we as a company, who wishes to further theindustry as a whole as well as our own company, do not wish to be part of our field activities.
While it will always be true that people will vote with their feet and naturally gravitate towards compelling business opportunities, our business model is ground breaking and dynamic enough that we do not need to approach leaders from other direct selling companies directly.
Best regards,
Dan Andersson
President
