Important Information About Legal Issues

An important message, please read carefully.

We are now entering a new stage in the development of Unaico and SiteTalk, and as a result of our increasing success, it is time to restructure and reorganise our online presence in order to maintain an effective organisation and business. We have now completely parted with the company Enigro, and therefore we have to clean up all information on pages related to SiteTalk or Unaico that mentions Enigro as part of our business at once. Also, as SiteTalk is an independent structure different from Unaico presenting different services and products, we want to keep Unaico and SiteTalk related information on our pages separated and not mix those two entities. This means that either a page promotes SiteTalk or Unaico separately, not the same in one web site.

But most importantly, as our enterprises now are growing rapidly, we need to think and cooperate as a company and team this means restructuring and cleaning up our online presences in order to meet the challenges ahead of us in the most efficient way.

Therefore these rules that are laid out now in this document and which also are laid out in our members Terms and Condition document, that you all have agreed upon entering membership, applies with immediate effect.Breach of any of these will ensue in immediate and indefinite membership suspension and possible legal action. This implies that all official documentation, including Terms &Conditions, for Unaico and SiteTalk and related businesses will be date stamped as of the 20th of July - all older material not complying with these standards will have to be removed and destroyed with immediate effect within 14 days. From the Terms and Conditions it reads:-

Unaico Limited - POLICIES and PROCEDURES

3.2 — Advertising

3.2.1 - In General

All Members shall safeguard and promote the good reputation of Unaico and its products. The marketing and promotion of Unaico, the Unaico opportunity, the Compensation Program, and Unaico products and services shall be consistent with the public interest, and must avoid all discourteous, deceptive, misleading, unethical or immoral conduct or practices.To promote both the products and services, and the tremendous opportunity Unaico offers,Members must use the sales aids and support materials produced by Unaico. The rationale behind this requirement is simple.Unaico has carefully designed its products, services, Compensation Program, and promotional materials to ensure that each aspect of Unaico is fair, truthful,substantiated, and complies with the vast and complex legal requirements of federal, state, and provincial laws. If Unaico Members were allowed to develop their own sales aids and promotional materials (which includes Internet advertising),notwithstanding their integrity and good intentions, the likelihood that they would unintentionally violate any number of statutes or regulations affecting a Unaico business is almost certain. These violations, although they may be relatively few in numbers,would jeopardize the Unaico opportunity for all Members.

Please note: Accordingly, Members must not produce their own literature, advertisements,sales aids and promotional materials,or Internet web pages.

3.2.4 - Web Sites

Members are not permitted to develop their own web sites or web pages that promote, directly or indirectly, the Unaico opportunity or any Unaico products or services. All Members have the option of purchasing an Unaico Package. No Member may independently design a web site that uses the names, logos, or product descriptions of Unaico or otherwise promotes (directly or indirectly) Unaico products or services or the Unaico opportunity. Nor may a Member use "blind" ads on the Internet that make product or income claims which are ultimately associated with Unaico products, the Unaico opportunity, or the Shared Compensation Program. The use of any other Internet web site or web page (including without limitation auction sites such as eBay) to in any way promote the sale of Unaico products, the Unaico opportunity, or the Compensation Program is a breach of the Agreement and may result in any of the disciplinary sanctions set forth in Section 8.1.

3.2.5 - Domain Names

Members may not use or attempt to register any of Unaico’s trade names, trademarks, service names, service marks, product names, the Company’s name, or any derivative thereof, for any Internet domain name. Nor may Members incorporate or attempt to incorporate any of Unaico’s trade names, trademarks, service names, service marks, product names, the Company’s name, or any derivative thereof, into any electronic mail address.

Accordingly these points laid out will have to be effectuated immediately as of the 20th of July - all official documentation, including Terms &Conditions, for Unaico, SiteTalk and related businesses will be date stamped as of the 20th of July - all older material not complying with these standards will have to be removed and destroyed with immediate effect within 14 days:-

1. All webpages, sites, blogs, videos and any media and online presences that is not officially authorized by Unaico, SiteTalk or related businesses, have to be approved in advance to be allowed to promote our material. This means that all webpages, sites, blogs, videos and any online presences that in the present haven’t been approved, will have to be removed within the 14 day time limit, or legal actions will follow in immediate and indefinite membership suspension and possible legal action.

2. The use of all original graphical material, logotypes and images promoting or displaying material related to Unaico and SiteTalk or related businesses, have to be approved in advance.This means that all webpages, sites, blogs, videos and any media and online presences that in the present make use of unauthorized original copyrighted graphical material, logotypes and images promoting or displaying material related to Unaico and SiteTalk or related businesses, will have to be removed within the 14 day time limit, if not this will ensue in immediate and indefinite membership suspension and possible legal action.

3. The unauthorized use of any trademark, imagery, name or property related to Unaico,Sitetalk or related businesses is strictly prohibited. Breach on the Agreement as agreed upon entering membership presented in the Terms and Conditions under Unaico Limited – POLICIES and PROCEDURES will ensue in immediate and indefinite membership suspension and possible legal action.

This is to the mutual benefit of all who are part of Unaico Ltd and related businesses on all levels.
