To see if your handset is supported click on your web Brower on the following URL http://109.169.32.134/md/choosebrand.jsp Select your Manufacture and submit. You will be given a further selection of models scroll down to see if your handset is supported.

* What if my model is not listed?

If the make or model is not listed, then go to the submission form on the download page where you can enter your details. We will respond to your request by email, replying with the alternative handset that is compatible.

* What operating systems are supported?

Nokia Symbian 2nd and 3rd Generation, this covers 90% of all Nokia Models Windows 5.00, 6.00 and 6.10 this covers 80% of all Windows Models.

* What about Android and IPhone Models?

The IPhone and Android models will be added in the following months, this delay is due to restriction applied by the manufacturer for installing third party software to these handsets. We shall add them to appear in the Download area under these specific Models titles. Further announcements will be made on the main web site.

Sitetalk Mobile uses your phone's data connection (3G, GPRS etc.) to talk to our Network and set up your call, so if you have a data allowance with your mobile operator then you will not be charged by your operator to make the call. Our application was developed to use only 13.5kb of data compared to 45kb used by other so called Mobile dialers.

SiteTalk Mobile has provided you a local fixed line number that will be sent as your Caller ID, additional numbers can be added when travelling, you can setup on the Sitetalk mobile registration any number from 45 Destinations to connect to your phone. Because you're using a local number you will avoid all roaming charges on the call received on your handset.

* How does Wi-Fi calling work?

When your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi hotspot you are able to send your mobile calls via the network instead of via your regular operator.

As we're connecting your call via the SiteTalk Network we check to see if the person you're calling is a SiteTalk user. If they are and they're connected to a Wi-Fi hotspot too then we connect your call for free. If the person you're calling is not a SiteTalk user then we simply connect your call via the regular telephone network.
